In the fall of 2019, he accepted the offer to come and serve under Pastor Joel Eastwood at Emmanuel Baptist Church as an intern with focused training on preparing for pastoral ministry. OF CREATIONWe believe the Genesis account of creation as being neither allegory nor myth, but a literal, historical account of the direct, immediate creative Acts of God without any evolutionary process; that man, spirit, soul, and body, was created by a direct work of God and not from previously existing forms of life; and that all men are descended from the historical Adam and Eve, first parents of the entire human race (Gen.1&2, Col. 1: 16-17, John 1: 3).5. 20: 2-3, 1 Cor. Sundays at 10:30am & 6:00pm. His Bible-based worldview and Christ-centered activism have been shaped, in part, by his Chicago boyhood and by spending the balance of his youth in San Francisco. He has completed coursework towards a doctorate in Pastoral Counseling at Hebrew Union College of New York City. He attended church as often as he could, tried to resist temptation, pray, and read Gods word. We are from Kings Mountain and surrounding areas and have a variety of backgrounds and experiences, yet we have a common love for God, the Bible, and each other.
